Role OverviewLead a team of supervisors, case managers, employment specialists, and job coaches to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensure exceptional services, employment opportunities, and meaningful employment outcomes. Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for VIP's rehabilitation programs.
What You Will Do
Provide daily program operations, ensure high-quality, person-centered services, build and maintain strong partnerships, monitor staffing and program performance, ensure compliance with CARF standards and regulations, oversee state billing and funding authorizations, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation with current vehicle registration and automobile insurance
- Ability to travel locally between program sites as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
