Role OverviewThe Director of Resident Services (RSD) is responsible for overseeing the administrative, clinical, and operational functions of Assisted Living and Memory Support. The role involves maintaining quality standards, achieving business and financial objectives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The RSD will also serve as a member of the QAPI Committee, preparing and analyzing key indicator data.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day administration and operations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, provide clinical expertise, and assist with budget preparation and evaluation. Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for residents and associates, and partner with admissions and marketing associates to promote a positive community image.

Requirements
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state & current CPR certification
- 3+ years of nursing management experience
