Role OverviewThe Director of Restaurants will lead the performance, guest experience, and profitability of three restaurant operations across two luxury resorts. The role requires owning budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, food and beverage cost, and presenting restaurant performance to ownership and the executive committee.
What You Will Do
The Director will run the administrative side with discipline, present restaurant performance and plans to ownership and the executive committee, and act as a senior leader across both resorts.

Requirements
- Progressive leadership in high-volume, quality-driven restaurants and/or luxury hotel F&B
- Banquet and event operations experience
- Strong restaurant P&L fluency
- Hotel systems, forecasting, and financial reporting discipline
- Ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
