Role OverviewThe Director of Risk Management oversees the system for identifying and analyzing loss or injury exposure, maintains incident reporting systems, and provides analysis on areas of risk throughout the enterprise.
What You Will Do
The Director will maintain documentation on identified trends and sentinel events, participate in Risk Management education, coordinate RCA, review records, and investigate accidents and incidents.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in risk management, be competent in using electronic medical record software, and have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Requirements
- Ability to develop and provide education to a mixed variety of clinical and non-clinical staff as well as leadership
- Competent in use of standard computer and typing skills, and electronic medical record software
- Knowledge and competence in working with Risk Master
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or another clinical health care related field
- 5+ years of previous experience in risk management
- 5+ years as an RN in the clinical setting
