The JW Marriott Reston Station Hotel is seeking a Director of Rooms to provide leadership and guidance to the Rooms Division, ensuring consistent compliance with hotel policies and quality guest service while maximizing departmental profits.

Requirements

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Rooms Division
  • Implement and manage hotel's daily quality process
  • Interview, hire, train, and recommend performance evaluations
  • Communicate clear direction to staff
  • Supervise the budgeting, forecasting, training, motivating, and staffing of the Rooms Department
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines
