Director of Rural Health Services

The Director of Rural Health Services will provide leadership and oversight for Impact Life's growing rural health work across Delaware. This includes ensuring services work together as a connected system, strengthening partnerships across communities, and guiding the continued growth and sustainability of Impact Life's rural health services.

What You Will Do

The Director will oversee the development of the Dover Rural Health Hub, implement the Rural Recovery Ecosystem Initiative, and support integration across primary care, behavioral health, and community resource navigation. They will also provide supervision and support to assigned program and clinical leadership.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, public health, social services, or a related field
• Experience with grant-funded programs, program implementation, compliance, and performance monitoring
• Experience developing community partnerships and cross-system collaborations
• Experience working with rural or underserved communities
• Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, public health, recovery services, or a related field
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing programs or service lines
• Strong understanding of integrated care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, recovery-oriented systems of care, and social drivers of health
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills
