Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel locally for outreach and relationship-building
