Job Description
Obsidian Security is a SaaS security platform that was founded in 2017 to address the critical security gaps in modern business applications. They have served over 200 organizations and are scaling rapidly with a large team, a growing partner ecosystem, and a strong fundraising round. This Director of Sales role will lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the Mid-Market segment, driving growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, with 2+ years in cybersecurity.
  • Proven success leading teams selling into the Mid-Market.
  • Strong grasp of sales fundamentals (territory, pipeline, forecasting).
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.
