Job Description
Director of Sales & Business Development role leading commercial growth strategy, new client acquisition, and market share expansion in the US retail forex market. Builds and leads a team to scale acquisition engine and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in financial services sales with proven track record of exceeding new business targets in forex, futures, or brokerage
  • Direct experience acquiring and closing high-value clients ($100k+ accounts) and/or institutional relationships
  • Strong understanding of retail trading lifecycle: account opening, funding, platform adoption, retention
