Role OverviewThe Director of Sales is responsible for leading the Sales department, developing and administering policies and procedures, and interacting with senior leaders and leadership managers. The role requires excellent hospitality sales and management skills, as well as experience managing and leading sales teams.
What You Will Do
The Director of Sales will be responsible for hiring and developing staff, creating and distributing reports, and overseeing the resort's relationship with key account customers and sales and marketing staff.
