Job Description
Puttery is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee all sales and events, manage relationships with clients and the industry, and maximize revenue through upselling and innovative strategies. This role involves location optimization, forecasting, and ensuring quality within the venue, as well as strong communication with operations and various departments. It's a critical position for the Director of Sales to drive events and revenue.
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in Sales within a high volume, complex leisure entertainment concept
Familiarity with market trends and the industry’s best practices
Familiarity with various computer software programs (MS Office, Sales Technology, CRS, and Point of Sale systems)
Excellent verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
Prior experience managing major projects and supervising day-to-day activities
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus
4-Year Bachelor's degree in Business, or relevant field is a plus
