Job Description
Hypori Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to manage a team and drive pipeline development within the Commercial & Public Sector. The role involves coaching, mentoring, performance management, strategic alignment, and collaboration with leadership and the CRO to translate objectives into execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and influencer with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing a Commercial Sales Team
  • Public Sector experience (a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in quota attainment and people management
  • Strong pipeline management skills
  • Experience implementing performance management
  • Flexibility for both domestic and international travel (up to 50%)
