Job Description
Join Hyatt as the Director of Sales for our hotel in Center City, Charlotte. As a member of the Leadership Committee, you'll have direct oversight of Sales and Marketing operations, responsibility for the Sales and Marketing Budget/P&L, and supervision of sales managers and staff. Must have 6+ years of progressive hotel Sales experience, demonstrated ability to interact with diverse backgrounds, and a results-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
