Job Description
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a high-performing sales and administrative team that generates multi-million-dollar annual revenue across group, event, and resort business.

Requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales and administrative team of 3–4 employees
  • Develop and execute strategy for group, wedding, golf and other resort business
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and travel
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to leadership
  • Negotiate and manage contracts for group, event, and transient business
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM and room management systems
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Represent Tubac Golf Resort & Spa professionally in the marketplace and community
