Job Description
At Auror, we're empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. We're looking for a Director of Sales to drive enterprise growth across the US, leading a high-performing team of Account Executives selling into complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with 3+ years leading Account Executives in complex, high-value sales environments
  • Personal track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, typically $1m+ ARR
  • Deep capability in diagnosing customer problems, orchestrating buying groups, and shaping commercial outcomes
  • Confident engaging C-suite buyers and senior stakeholders, with the ability to simplify complexity and lead the conversation
  • Data-driven, rigorous in forecasting, and proactive in managing deal risk
