The Director of Sales & Marketing is a strategic, visionary, and results-driven leader responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating market positioning, and maximizing profitability across all segments of the business. This executive will oversee all commercial functions including group sales, catering and events, leisure sales, business transient, revenue collaboration, public relations, digital marketing, partnerships, and brand activation.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, lead the annual business planning process, drive market positioning efforts, identify emerging opportunities, and maintain accountability for achieving all sales, catering, and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, resort, or destination properties
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing commercial teams and exceeding revenue objectives
  • Proven experience with luxury group sales, catering, special events, weddings, and resort operations
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, and profit optimization
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, lifestyle-driven environment
