Job Description
As the Director SEC Reporting & Derivatives, you will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of all regulatory filings, derivative and stock-based compensation accounting and technical accounting research, as well as other general accounting functions, at the company’s corporate headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and public-company reporting
  • Deep expertise in SEC reporting, US GAAP, and technical accounting research
  • Strong working knowledge of ASC 815 (Derivatives) and ASC 718 (Stock‐Based Compensation)
  • CPA license a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of research techniques to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Workiva, E*Trade, Agris or a similar accounting software packages a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical analysis and accounting research skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented; proficiency for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and take ownership of assigned projects
