Director of Security

The Director of Security is responsible for the overall Safety, Security and Risk-related operational items for the entire property. This includes the management and administration of all programs that support a safe work environment, minimize liability, increase overall cost effectiveness and support the hotel's service standards.

What You Will Do

Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures in accordance with property/corporate security and loss control requirements to ensure security personnel provide maximum guest, employee and property safety and security at all times. Coordinate and promote acceptance of and compliance with loss prevention programs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior leadership experience in Security/Loss Prevention operations, superior communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to handle all risk-related issues with tact and privacy.
