Role OverviewThe Director of Security is responsible for the overall Safety, Security and Risk-related operational items for the entire property. This includes the management and administration of all programs that support a safe work environment, minimize liability, increase overall cost effectiveness and support the hotel's service standards.
What You Will Do
Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures, coordinate and promote acceptance of loss prevention programs, manage and coordinate the development and implementation of the security and operational risk management program, research and recommend new trends in loss control and prevention.
