Job Description
The Director of Security & Loss Prevention oversees all aspects of the hotel's safety and security operations, including loss prevention, investigations, fire and life safety, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and security team management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of security, law enforcement, or investigative experience in a managerial position.
  • Background in law enforcement, hotel security, or police sciences with supervisory skills.
  • Meets all applicable state licensing requirements for security professionals.
  • Possesses or is able to obtain required Fire Department certifications, including Fire Safety Director certification, as required by local regulations.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
