Job Description
The Director of Security & Loss Prevention oversees all aspects of the hotel's safety and security operations, including loss prevention, investigations, fire and life safety, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and security team management.
Requirements
At least 5 years of security, law enforcement, or investigative experience in a managerial position.
Background in law enforcement, hotel security, or police sciences with supervisory skills.
Meets all applicable state licensing requirements for security professionals.
Possesses or is able to obtain required Fire Department certifications, including Fire Safety Director certification, as required by local regulations.
CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
