Role OverviewAll In Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of SEO to build, lead, and scale their organic search department in-house. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on responsibility, previous management or team-lead experience, and prior success leading SEO strategy for a meaningful website or portfolio of websites. The Director of SEO will own the company's comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategy, developing a 12–18 month SEO roadmap based on opportunity, competitive landscape, business priorities, and expected impact.
What You Will Do
The Director of SEO will be responsible for developing and owning the company's comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategy, building a 12–18 month SEO roadmap, establishing organic search KPIs, and communicating performance to executive leadership. They will also own the SEO budget, develop forecasts for organic traffic, leads, rankings, visibility, and business impact, and prioritize SEO initiatives based on business value.
