Job Description
AIR Communities is seeking a Director of Service & Construction to join their Asset Quality and Service team in Texas. The Director will be responsible for operations support, project management, construction management, and team member development. The role requires leadership and supervisory skills, as well as experience in multifamily or facilities maintenance and operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in property management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • At least 4-6 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance and operations experience
  • Experience managing service side on a portfolio of multifamily assets, and multiple construction projects independently
