Job Description
Join Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Home as a Director of Social Services, assisting residents and families in adjusting to illness and life changes, and providing counseling and resident-centered care planning. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, 2 years' experience in long-term care, and the ability to work independently and tactfully with diverse individuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in social work preferred
  • 2 Years’ experience in a long-term care facility
  • LSW, BSW in the state of Massachusetts
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
