Director of Social Work

As the Director of Social Work, you will supervise the Social Work staff, providing social, emotional, and related difficulties associated with our residents' medical conditions and adjustment to nursing home placement. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all activities and staff within the Social Work Department, working closely with the Administrator to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

What You Will Do

Maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, supervise the provision of social work services, counsel residents and families, and develop and ensure adherence to policies regarding the rights and responsibilities of residents.

Requirements
