Role OverviewThe Director of Solution Delivery will lead activities on behalf of Softeon to ensure customers meet or exceed ROI targets and customer satisfaction is high. This role will provide management direction for project resources planning, utilization, and execution across multiple projects at one time.

The Director of Solution Delivery will analyze financial results for multiple projects, ensure customer value and ROI, provide long-term contact and business planning, and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
