Job Description
The Director of Special Systems will be responsible for the overall safety and operational performance of the division and will develop and manage the implementation of sound business practices and standards for all projects.

Requirements

  • 15 years of combined experience in sales/marketing, strategic customer development, estimating, project management, and design in a full range of integrated building technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers
  • Proven leadership and team management across large-scale special systems projects
  • Strong strategic planning and project execution skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance
  • Knowledge of and experience in the preparation of overall project schedules and lookahead schedules
  • Knowledge of the BICSI Technology Standards and other related standards and codes
  • Proficient computer skills with all basic office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ability to learn and use related software and systems are required
