Role Overview

The Director of Spiritual Life will develop, maintain, and supervise spiritual life and worship arts programming across services and campuses. This role serves as Pastor to youth, staff, and Enterprise campus, creating an atmosphere where youth and staff can experience God's love and care through a trauma-informed lens.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement spiritual life programs, coordinate worship services, provide pastoral care, and supervise spiritual life staff. Collaborate with departments across the organization for annual events and attend quarterly board meetings.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a Master's Degree of Divinity from an accredited seminary school and 3-5 years' experience working with at-risk youth and/or youth ministries. Must be a deacon or elder of the United Methodist denomination and knowledgeable of the needs of at-risk youth.
