Job Description
Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is seeking a Director of Stewarding to manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department, responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience and strong leadership and team development skills.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
