Job Description
Director of Store Acquisitions will drive disciplined, criteria-based expansion of the company’s store base by identifying, sourcing, and closing transactions with independent convenience stores.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in convenience store acquisitions, brokerage, or principal investing
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing transactions directly with independent store owners
  • Established network of regional C-store brokers and industry relationships
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Deep understanding of convenience store and fuel retail economics
