Role OverviewDemco is seeking a strategic leader to strengthen supplier partnerships, improve inventory performance, reduce supply risk, and advance sourcing and materials management. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this role works across the organization to support profitable growth.
What You Will Do
Develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, development, quality initiatives, and performance management. Own inventory strategy, materials planning, replenishment, accuracy, and working capital performance, and improve forecast-to-material alignment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive sourcing, procurement, supply chain, materials, or manufacturing experience.
- Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, materials management, and leadership within a manufacturing environment.
