The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking a Director of Strategy to lead program design, fiscal planning, and policy development for Workforce Connect's Office of Policy, Operations, and Data Analytics team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
  • One year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, management, methods analysis, or related areas
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and implement program connections
