Role Overview

The Director of Student Systems serves as the strategic and operational leader responsible for the oversight, development, and optimization of the Student Information System (SIS), with a primary focus on Anthology Student and integrated Financial Aid systems. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Academic Affairs, Enrollment, Financial Aid, and IT teams to ensure that the student systems infrastructure supports institutional goals, regulatory compliance, and a superior student experience.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership and vision for the administration and continuous improvement of Anthology Student SIS, lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SIS functionality, drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless SIS integration with other enterprise systems, and oversee SIS governance, data integrity, and user access management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Higher Ed Administration, or related.
  • 7+ years in higher ed SIS management.
  • Deep Anthology Student SIS expertise.
  • Hands-on Financial Aid systems and Title IV experience.
