Job Description
Director of Surgical Services: Establishes and enforces policies, directs and supervises staff, and ensures the effective operation of the assigned Nursing department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Five years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting
  • Three years supervisory experience
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse License
  • Cardiac, cardio-vascular and/or thoracic specialty experience
