Job Description
A rapidly growing private equity-backed global healthcare / medical device organization seeks a Director of Tax to lead and build out its global tax function.

Requirements

  • Global tax compliance and coordination across multiple jurisdictions
  • Transfer pricing strategy and documentation
  • ASC 740 tax provision and reporting
  • Indirect tax / VAT process improvement initiatives
  • Managing external tax advisors and global workstreams
  • Supporting M&A, integrations, restructuring, and tax planning initiatives
  • Building scalable tax processes, controls, and infrastructure within a fast-paced growth environment
