Job Description
We are seeking a Technology & Business Systems Leader to oversee and improve the organization’s business systems, automation initiatives, and internal technology operations. The role involves building, integrating, and optimizing systems, streamlining workflows, and improving visibility into business performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, CRM optimization, and workflow automation
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or comparable integration platforms
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounting system integrations
  • Experience improving business systems across multiple departments and functions
  • Experience implementing or working with AI tools in a business environment
  • Ability to identify practical use cases for automation and AI to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Benefits
