Role OverviewThe Director of Technology provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Bank's technology infrastructure, systems, support services, vendor relationships, access governance, and technology initiatives. This role develops and executes the Bank's technology roadmap, leads the Information Technology team, manages technology budgets and vendor relationships, and partners across the organization to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that support business objectives, regulatory expectations, employee productivity, positive customer experience, and organizational performance.
What You Will Do
The Director of Technology will lead technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives. They will oversee the performance, availability, reliability, and scalability of the Bank's technology infrastructure, network environment, telecommunications, hardware, software, and related systems. They will also ensure efficient, timely, high-quality IT support services that mitigate risk and meet employee needs across the organization.

Requirements
- 10 years of progressive Information Technology experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of FFIEC guidance and banking regulatory expectations
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting emerging technologies
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products and business technology applications
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
