Role OverviewThe Director of Tenant Services will oversee all aspects of the early childhood learning program, including coordinating outreach, referral, and screening processes, providing direction to teachers, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all children.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing program staff, conducting classroom observations, coordinating with Early Intervention Specialists, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and program funders.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a similar/related field
- NY State Teacher Certification in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Education
- Teaching experience at the infant, toddler, and/or preschool levels
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
