Job Description
Director of Therapy (DOT) Opportunity at Brownsburg Meadows. The Director of Therapy plays a key role in overseeing rehabilitation services, building meaningful relationships, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed PT, OT, or SLP
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Indiana
  • Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence
  • Previous management experience preferred
