Requirements
- Current and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, home health, or healthcare setting preferred.
