Role OverviewThe Director of Total Rewards serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for Sonrava Health employees. This is a remote role that provides expert guidance to HR and business leaders, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals to support the attraction, engagement, and retention of top talent.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead Sonrava Health’s total rewards strategy, including base pay, incentive plans, time off, and benefits. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to evolve benefits offerings. Lead job evaluation, market pricing, and salary structure design.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience designing and managing compensation programs, including benchmarking and salary structures
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations; California experience preferred
- Experience with executive compensation management, operations incentive design and governance, benefits design, and vendor management
