Job Description
Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to develop and execute strategic total rewards and benefit programs. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team and stakeholders, designing compensation structures and advising leadership on pay equity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a strategic leadership position focused on creating growth and retention strategies in a rapidly expanding nursing school.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Human Resources, Total Rewards or HR Operations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience working with a national decentralized organization
  • Comfortable navigating organizational change
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems (ICIMs + Paylocity) including implementation and optimization experience
  • Thorough understanding of pay practices and compliance regulations
