Job Description
Director of Training & Development role to build and lead training department, creating training systems for FOH, BOH, and leadership positions, with a focus on guest service and operational excellence.
Requirements
5+ years of restaurant training, operations, or learning and development experience
QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
New store opening experience required
Strong FOH and BOH operational knowledge
Proven ability to build training systems from scratch
Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask
Self-starter with strong follow-through
Comfortable holding teams accountable
ServSafe certification preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
