Role OverviewThe Transition & Intake Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that adults with developmental disabilities receive comprehensive and personalized support services. The Director will supervise Service Navigators, establish and maintain intake processes, and ensure the department guides individuals through the agency's array of services.
What You Will Do
The Director will oversee the intake process, ensure efficiency and accuracy in assessing individuals' needs, and direct them to appropriate services. The Director will also establish and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and external service providers to create a comprehensive support network.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience
- Training and certification in Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, Level I Medication Administration, Positive Behavior Supports, TOOLS, and Crisis Intervention
- Background in developmental, implementation, and teaching strategies
- Reliable personal vehicle for transporting clients
- Class E driver's license
