Requirements

  • Experience leading teams through change and managing different levels of leadership
  • Deep experience with negotiating carrier rates
  • 10+ years of progressive transportation, freight, or logistics experience
  • Deep understanding of DOT regulations
  • Experience with optimizing TMS software
