In this key leadership role, you'll oversee resident wellness, supervise the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create an exceptional living experience for every resident.
What You Will Do
Direct and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the Assisted Living community, promote a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care and clinical excellence, and ensure all nursing services are delivered in accordance with physician orders, individualized service plans, and state regulations.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the state licensing board.
- Previous leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of state regulations governing Assisted Living communities.
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing nursing staff.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional resident care.
