Job Description
The Director of Workforce Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, ensuring that HR practices align with organizational goals. This individual will oversee the Talent Acquisition department, HR governance, policy development, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
