Director, Operations - Petro Logistics

The Director, Operations will lead and execute operational activities for the SkyBitz Petro Logistics business, including planning, procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, production coordination, shipping and receiving, RMA management, customer billing support, supplier management, facility operations, environmental health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading operational activities, developing and executing operational strategies, managing inventory levels, overseeing customer order processing, and supporting monthly service fee billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Materials Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Fulfillment
• Experience managing customer orders, procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, shipping and receiving, fulfillment, and operational planning
• Experience improving working capital, productivity, operational performance, and customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis of large data sets and pivot tables
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced business environment
