Requirements
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in distribution, transportation, warehouse, or logistics operations

- Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading managers and frontline operational teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving/strategic planning skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems, routing platforms, transportation management systems, telematics, and delivery technology
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
