Job Description
The Outreach and Training Director position is responsible for developing, administering, and implementing the IASB division program in assigned divisions, delivering school board governance training, and engaging with IASB membership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • School board member, education, and/or professional training or facilitation experience
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to start and finish projects on required deadlines
  • Public speaking
  • Planning and conducting programs, workshops, and meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
