Director, Paid Media

As a Director, Paid Media at Zeno, you will lead paid media programs across social, search and other digital channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will develop media strategies, oversee campaign execution and use performance insights to improve results.

Develop and lead integrated paid media strategies, oversee campaign execution, analyze campaign and website performance, and serve as a trusted media advisor to clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, media strategy or related fields within an agency or similar environment
• Experience developing and leading paid media strategies across social, search, programmatic and other digital channels
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, audience targeting, budget management and optimization strategies
• Experience interpreting media and website performance data to develop actionable recommendations
• Understanding of programmatic media, digital partnerships and how different channels support client objectives
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting media strategies, performance insights and recommendations
• Strong project and account management skills, including experience overseeing multiple campaigns, budgets and priorities
• Experience collaborating across strategy, creative, analytics and integrated account teams
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex media concepts into clear recommendations
